The City of Catbalogan Strengthens Performance Management with Strict SPMS Implementation and Team Reorganization

𝙎𝙋𝙈𝙎 𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙣, 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤 𝙥𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙨 𝙪𝙪𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙣!

The Performance Management Team (PMT) convened on March 21, 2025, to discuss the strict implementation of the City’s approved Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), with a particular focus on ensuring the timely submission of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) forms.

The meeting also addressed the reorganization of PMT members, emphasizing the inclusion of PMT mentees as official PMT members to further strengthen the team’s capacity and ensure continuous performance improvement across all levels.
